Recommended:
Front Mount Intercooler (FMIC)

Stage 2.5 Requirements:
Down Pipe, Cat-Back Exhaust, Front Mount Intercooler (FMIC), MAF Upgrade

Recommended:
Methanol Injection

Recommended MAF Upgrade Kit:
We recommend ViVA Performance

Stage 3 Requirements:
Down Pipe, Cat-Back Exhaust, Front Mount Intercooler (FMIC), Larger Than Stock (Typically Hybrid) Turbo, Upgraded Injectors, Upgraded MAF

Recommended:
Methanol Injection

Recommended Injectors (If you are unsure what size injectors you need for your application, please contact us!):

Recommended MAF Upgrade Kit:
We recommend ViVA Performance

Stage 4 Requirements:
We are proud to offer a Stage 4 tune for significantly larger than stock turbo applications. After 7 months of development, we have developed a method to scale all pressure variables within the ECU to increase the maximum amount of boost pressure able to be controlled by the ECU using the PID system. We have raised this limit from 22psi to 44psi, effectively doubling the amount of boost controllable. (Note: depending on how much boost pressure you wish to run, you may also need to upgrade the Boost Pressure Sensor. Please contact us for more information!)

Currently only available for the 2005-2007 S60R/V70R platform.

Requirements:
Down Pipe, Cat-Back Exhaust, Front Mount Intercooler (FMIC), Large Upgrade Turbo, Upgraded Injectors, Upgraded MAF

Recommended:
Methanol Injection

Recommended Injectors (for most applications, please contact for more info if hoping to run greater than 24psi):
Bosch 650cc EV14
We recommend ViVA Performance

Recommended MAF Upgrade Kit:
We recommend ViVA Performance

Add-On Options:

4C Mode True Map Switching – True map switching using 4C buttons. Switches boost and timing. Comfort and Sport modes have one configuration and Advanced mode has another. Note that on automatic models, “Transmission Sport Mode” will switch the maps to the advanced map set regardless of the 4C buttons.

Anti-Lag & No Lift Shift – We are proud to be the first company that has developed true launch control for the Volvo platform. Build instant boost prior to launching the vehicle and keep it boosting with No Lift Shift. Anti-Lag is activated when the vehicle is stopped, the clutch is depressed and the accelerator pedal is held to the floor. NLS is active when RPMs are above a threshold value and the accelerator pedal is held to the floor in between shifts. Note: This option is only available for vehicles without catalytic converters. This modification places extra stress on the drivetrain, turbocharger system, and engine components. Currently only available for manual transmissions. Choosing this option for all Non-R vehicles will cause a slight delay with delivery of the tune.

Automatic Transmission Torque Limiter Removal – Remove the first and second gear torque limiter from automatic transmissions.

Eco Enhance – We have developed a way to run the engine with a slightly leaner idle and partial throttle operation. This has shown as much as 3-5 MPG improvements in our testing. This option requires custom code modification and is not offered by any other tuning companies at this time. Note: Currently this option is only available for vehicles without catalytic converters. Choosing this option for all Non-R vehicles will cause a slight delay with delivery of the tune.
Note: Currently only available for 2002 and newer vehicles.

Valet Mode File – Add this to any stage tune and we will include a separate file that you can flash which restricts performance of the vehicle for valet and other uses.

Ignition Mode Map Switching (Stage 4 Tunes Only)
This is a map switching feature that allows different map sets to be selected with the key in the ignition position. The map sets are remembered between drive cycles. This allows the timing, boost, and fueling maps to be changed prior to starting the vehicle. This allows this form of map switching to be configured for different fuel types. The map is selected by holding the brake pedal and depressing the accelerator pedal 100% and letting it of completely. The Check Engine Light will flash on the dash to indicate the map set number. One flash would indicate map set one. Note that this option is not compatible with the 4C Mode True Map Switching option. The two are mutually exclusive.
